Vision: We’ll explore weaving history and mythology within various cultures that wove stories and guidance into their creations. We’ll spend time in nature to reflect upon these stories, your own journey and receive the beauty of the island. Then, with your own wisdom sparked, you’ll learn to weave your wisdom into a beautiful tapestry.

Where: Luminous Gallery | Studio, 100 Front Street S, Friday Harbor, WA 98250

Where to stay: Tucker House Inn and Friday Harbor House are two inns walkable to the studio, accommodations not included in retreat price.

Meals: Breakfast and dinner on your own, lunch provided both days

Weaving supplies included: 14” loom, weaving needle, finishing needle, weaving comb, scissors, warp thread, yarn, roving ($250 value)

What to bring: Any special items you may want to weave into your tapestry, outdoor gear for beach walks, water bottle, tea/coffee mug
